I have 2 round red reflectors (peel off sticky type) that came with my
saddlebags which fit perfectly over the stock horns on my bike. I was
thinking of placing them over the face of the horns and was wondering
would they in any way damage the horns. Looks kind of cool but don't
want to wind up buying new horns if they pose a problem. Any thoughts
I'm not sure about in Tenn. but here in PA, I believe it'd be illegal to have red reflectors on the front of any vehicle except for emergency vehicles.
Can only use yellow/amber for the front/sides and red in the rear.
Might want to check just to be sure.
As far as how something like that would effect the horns depends on the diameter of the reflectors. If the reflector was as large as the chrome ring, it'd probably muffle the horn a good bit. If they fit well inside the chrome ring, it'd probably work, but might not hold too well from the vibrating of the horn when used.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. Didn't know it was illegal to have the "red" on the front of the bike. I live in a small town (5,000 folks) and the local law enforcement are really sticklers about speeding, seat belts, and just about any minor infraction. Guess I'll can that idea. Thanks for the info.
