Guy I ride with has an '07 one with the 1580cc FI motor and the 6 speed with the 200mm rear tire, EXTREMELY nice ride.

One of the few bikes I would have I/O my Vulcan.

well i do see a copy cat.... but they are missing a few things.. that is air cooled, vs we are liquid. Not only that.. but i think we still have better power to weight ratio. But there is proof in the pudding though. EFI and a 6th gear, the bike is getting an est 53/34 (not sure how the 34 comes into play.... lead hand to me)

only one disk in front, although it can be an advantage as unsprung weight is lower + rear disk brake... hmmm

It rides great, little shake designed in at idle that dissapears as soon as you roll on the throttle. It moves out VERY well and handles equally well. Never been an HD fan, but after I rode this one, I was impressed. Big bucks though, he paid over $ 20K out the door.

It really has loads of torque and is very smooth at speed.

No tach, no water cooling, wire wheel in front (hate wire wheels), no other complaints.
The back wheel is solid and the tire is huge.

If I had $20K burning a hole in my pocket, there'd be one in my garage.

My son has been trying to steal my '97. I may let him have it and try one out. Then we will be a 6 bike and 4 four wheeler family...
