different years

Is there any difference between different years ? mine is an A10 so because there is a number change between each year does this mean they have changed bits and if so where can i find this info ?

i would say these bikes are about 99.99% the same from the vn700 on up.... there have only been a few changes along the way.....any questions on parts, ask here and we'll help u out

Wiring harness(self cancelling signals went away) round verses square master cylinder and chrome to painted side coveres are a few things over the years.

Other than that, it's just been a color change for the most part. The cams on my 93 are stamped VN700 and the part numbers are the same in the micro fiches for the 85 and 93 cams.

There was a change in the castings of the motor, cant rember what year I think mid 90's. There was a fin on the motor that moved location when I looked at 2 side by side. dont think any internal change though.
