old lady on a vulcan

so i got my 70yr old granny to sit on black betty
it was the first time she had straddled a bike since when she was 15 she said
then i couldnt get her off the thing



then mom had her turn and we are now looking for her first bike
she is 50yrs old

As Satchel Page once said, "Age is a question of mind over matter, if you don't mind it don't matter". Apparently your grandmother doesn't mind and good for her.

70 doesn't seem that old to me but I'm 62 so I guess it's all relative, so to speak.

30 plus years ago my then 69 year old grandmother asked my cousin to take her for a ride on his motorcycle.
She thought she should do it before her next birthday because it wouldn`t be proper for an old woman of 70 to be seen riding a motorcycle.

Tell your granny we all think that 70 is a fine time to go for her next ride!

Tell Mom that 50 is a perfect age to learn to ride too!
