weight

Does anyone know how much the 93 VN750 weighs? We brought my bike home yesterday and had to lift it into our building. It was only about a foot to lift but it took everything me and my father in law could do to lift that rear end.

This bike is heavier than my CB900Custom which was a four cylinder.

Blessings!

The Vulcan 750 is heavy for it's size, which makes it's performance that much more amazing. I attribute that weight to it's complexity. It could probably have been made over 100 pounds lighter than it is simply by leaving off a lot of parts that it doesn't need. On the other hand, that weight, and mushy suspension, makes for a very comfortable highway ride. I keep my tires inflated to the "max" pressure, and still love the way it rides.

I am a motorcyclist, NOT a biker.
