I think I'm going to hang it (riding) up!

(for the most part) my riding season is over!
I just can't find any time to get into the bike and I just don't have any more $ to put into it either! so I think I'm just going to write off this riding season as a loss. I think I'm just going to hang it up and start to play a little more with my other "toys". I really, really need some range time!

if it goes vroom or boom, I LIKE IT!

That's too bad man. I'm sorry to hear it. I have had seasons like that so I understand. I hope next season is better for you. Take care.

I know what you're saying, but...

Ride Mrs. Ruger's bike through the fall! (If she'll let you...) It's a great machine!

And The Gathering was awesome ~ so the riding season wasn't a total loss!

Maybe by spring you and your bike will be restored!

it has nothing to do with "looking pretty"!
but everything about being safe to ride!

yes it is! I love that bike too! but, one problem with that.....that is HER bike! she will share it, but only for so long!
you know sometimes it's really hard to keep the wife happy, so you got to do what you got to do! and if that means being down for the rest of the season? so be it!

yeah, I know what you're saying. but I really need to hit the range! and I'd like to do it while the weather is still some what nice. I think I just need to get away from the bike for a while. because right now it's just "one more thing", that I've got to work on, instead of just being able to enjoying it! I've got enough projects already that I don't have the time (or $) to do! I didn't buy the bike to work on it, I bought the damn thing to ride!

all my guns and in working order. I have ammo laying around just waiting to be blown off! I have a bunch of guys at work that are talking about going to the range and/or are always asking me "when are we going to the range?".

if it goes vroom or boom, I LIKE IT!

Funny sometimes how things go, I went from shootin to cycle ridin. ... I basically think I just got shooter burn out... I still have about all my stuff, just don't have the interest any more... I did sell my custom XP-100 pistol to a younger guy that I thought might learn to shoot it...
