Another (unusual) sighting

I should have LP write this...I'm know he could make a adventure of it better than I.
I had,what I consider, an unusual VN750 sighting.

Preface:
My mom is 90 years old. She is still very active. Rents an apartment. Rents a multi-tenant garage for her car...yes, she still drives occasionally.
"Phillip. When you coming up here to power wash my sidewalks?" Put it off for a year , so last weekend I go visit her....power washer in back of truck.
After a couple of hours with the washer, the sidewalks are "like new" and mom is happy. My sister (a rural mail carrier) arrives and I suggest we all go out for dinner and suddenly realize we need a car (I have my pickup and my sister has her mail truck). "Mom, can we use your car?" "Sure" and throws me the key and the remote for the rented garage. When the garage door opens I notice a motorcycle over in the corner....no big deal, but wait, that looks like VN....holy crap, it is!! A 2006 Candy Persimmon Red Vulcan 750....in my mom's garage. Same exact bike as mine!!! I couldn't believe it. With only 6400 miles and stock EVERYTHING, I stared in disbelief at the same bike I owned.
I share this only because of the incredible odds against another identical bike parked next to my mom's car in a small rural town in upstate PA.

To plagiarize LP:
Always an adventure

Garage
You realize you have provided a holy crap, without an explanation right ?
It would enhance the story tremendously to hear what ma had to say that would explain the unusual sighting in HER garage.

... just sayin' ...

I would say that since it's not HER garage (rented by many tenants, as the post says) it must belong to another tenant... lol

Awesome. How cool would it be if you met the rider and he was a member here?

My thought too. Left a note on the bike...no response.

Like I said, LP could make sense of a post like this. Wish I had his writing skills.

If that had been my mom she would have called me and asked me, "Why are you parking YOUR motorcycle in MY garage?"

1985 Vulcan 700 (VN700A1) - 18,960 miles - bought for $600 - was told it only needed carb idle screws and fuel lines to run correctly - it used to start

1983 Honda Nighthawk 750 (CB750SC) - 30,000 miles - 95% fully restored
