Exclamation need advice fast

i have a 94 or 95 vulcan 750 that ive been having some problems with and i found a wrecked 2002 that is mechanically sound. it needs lights handlebars the front forks and fenders replaced. the guy wants 600 bucks for it.

i know the bike is virtually the same through the years but i need to know will my 1994 forks, fenders, tanks, lights and such fit the 2002 bike?

thanks ahead guys, i love this forum, yall have a great memorial day.

600 bucks sounds kinda high to me. Post some pics of the bike if you have some. I picked up an 86 with a bad stator for $250 today.

Round master brake cylinder was on models from 1991 and later. You`re golden.

Wow! $600 for a Regulator/Rectifier. And it`s not even gold plated or a Gen-u-ine Harley part. I think somebody is smoking wacky tabacky!!!

Other than the brake master cylinder change in 1991.......I think the only other changes from ('86 to '06) was Self cancelling turn signals from '86 to '88 ........air assist front forks from '86 to '88? or 90?........Gas tank vent tube '88 or 90? to '06..........brushed Aluminum pieces from '86 to '88 changed to chrome. Wheels were black/aluminum in '86 and '87.....All aluminum finish after that. Help me out here guys......... The only difference between a '85 700 and an '86 750 is the engine displacement(engine Black) vs. '86 to '06 being silver......and i believe the '85 had a different seat cover.....it did not have the buttons.

Turn signals and air forks was '85-'89. Vent tube I'm not sure about. '87 wheels were all aluminum, altho some of the black/aluminum may have carried over; not sure on that, but my '87 has all aluminum. The petcock changed from a combined filter to seperate tubes around '88/'89, then to the OFF/ON/RES from the earlier PRI/ON/RES in '93 or '94; I think '94...

That is because the guy runs a ebay store and is out of stock on those R/R's. So instead of deleting the ad he puts a price on it so it wont sell, a lot easier to do that than build another ad once he gets more in stock. As for the OP everything will work and for a solid '02 once you repair it $600 isnt a bad price, might trry and haggle but if he doesnt budge I'd still buy it.
