strange jingly rattle

Hey Guys im not sure where this goes, so im putting it in general.

I got a strange rattle (a little jingly even) , it sounds like its coming from the seat or behind.

Im probably thinking the worst, it seems to happen around a certain rpm, 3500 or so. If its doing it and i pull the clutch it keeps doing it, so i dont think its the clutch.

just looking for ideas to look at, it could just be a rattle but i cant find anything loose enough to make that sound.

Thankls
Todd

Got anything in seatback toolbox?
Have you looked under the seat?

Rear fender/seatback trim bolts tight?
