Cool Seat Question

Has anyone tried to put a seat from an 800 Kawasaki Classic on the 750? I see one for sale that looks pretty good. I just wondered what modification would be needed. It looks like it might fit.

I seen that too. I have been looking into the 900 seat also. Then last week I took my seat to a upholstry shop and had them cut back the foam on passenger seat and add a gel pad for the driver seat. It is so comfortable you wouldnt believe it.

I had an 800 seat on mine when I bought it. I hated it. It didn't fit properly, so it never looked great (although it did look better than the stock seat). It was really uncomfortable, I couldn't ride for more than about 20mins before I got numb bum syndrome. Part of this was due to the fact that it didn't fit properly so it would flex when it was sat on and it had buttons that caught the rain.
I know a lot of people on here have used the 800 seat, but my advice would be don't do it (just my opinion).
I got an original seat off ebay for 10 which I've modified into a single seat with the foam reshaped for my preferred riding position. I can ride for hours now in total comfort.
