Rebuild

I crashed my 750 monday night, and at first thought it was a total loss. Now though, after the giant bells in my head went away, I have been looking at it and am going to rebuild it.
What I would like to know is what year bike parts are interchangeable with my 2000. I am going to need a front end, not sure on the wheel but the fork tubes are junk, rear fender, passenger peg/ exhaust brackets, tail light/license plate and right side exhaust, gonna lose the goat belly. really want to make a bobber out of it, but getting back in the wind is my first priority. any suggestions, tips, and ideas will help a lot.

Thanks a bunch, ya'll, Randy
