engine idle problem

My bike's engine doesn't slow back down to idle speed fast enough when I release the throttle, especially when the engine heats up past the second line on the engine temp gauge.
would any one know what I'm talking about, what the problem is, & how I or
a technician can do to solve this problem?
I don't know if it has to do with the fuel mixture, the idle cable, the inoperative
choke cable, or the engine timing.

I can show you what it is on this youtube video i posted

Have you tried adjusting the idle knob on the left side of the bike. These bikes will idle up after they get to temp. At or above the temp line you pointed out the bike should be idling at 1000 to 1100rpms. If your not getting a dragging feeling from the throttle cables from the start that would be where I would start. It is also a good idea to clean and spray down your carbs with spray silicone from time to time to keep parts moving freely.

yeah i agree with "baldy" ... mine would drive fine but wouldnt drop down to idle speed (1100rpms ) (according to the manual) it would raise up sometimes up to 4k and then hang there till i backed the idle screw out just a half turn ...try that after its nice and warm and see what ya get. and dont worry bout the stutters man everyone gets em sometimes. specially if your nervous or stressed out from a stupid bike giving you a stupid problem lol

slow return to idle

Along with the usual sticking cables, vacuum leak, gunk/varnish in the carb, etc,; carbs (out of) synchronization is a common cause of slow or non return to idle.
