Jardine Forward Foot Controls???

Hi All!

This is my first bike, a 1996 vn750 with 13K miles. Since I'm 6'2'' I've been considering the jardine forward foot controls. They have been positively reviewed here, but I am not entirely sure they will fit my vn750 with cobra exhaust pipes. As you'll see in the pictures I took, the exhaust pipe on the shift lever side is out of the way. On the brake lever side, the exhaust runs around the front of the stock foot peg, and I can't see how a forward foot control attachment will get around this pipe. Any thoughts?

For the photographs search Picasa web for: "Jardine with Cobra Pipes?"

When I tested this search on Picasa a screen with 'loading' appears, but to the right of that word click the 'RSS' link and the photographs open up. Thanks in advance.

PM me with your email address and I will send you a pic of what they look like on the brake side with stock exhaust. I dont have aftermarket exhaust but I am reasonably sure they will fit. The mount for the brake side is pretty much in the same location your stock foot peg is located right now.
