Movin' on...

Well gang,
After hemming and hawing, looking at a bunch of different bikes, and changing my mind a half dozen times about what it is I really want I went ahead and bought a 900 custom. It's an 09 with about 5K on the clock a couple nice farkles and the Kawi extended warranty. I'll still hang out here because this is a great group of folks with tons of knowledge and experience and you all helped me more times than I can count (so it's at least 11 times )

So Mabellene is up for sale if you know anyone in Jersey looking for a nice 2000 with 16K on the clock. I've got a couple nice farkles on her and she runs like a champ.

Isn't the front tire WAY too skinny? It'd make me nervous cornering hard. Maybe replace with a larger size?

Liberty, A farkle is an add on or accessory (i.e. aftermarket seat, GPS, Kuriakyn ergo grips etc.).

EQ - I've talked with at least a dozen people about this bike and the front tire issue (frankly I was worried about the same thing) No one reported any issues with it in cornering and some of these guys have upward of 50K on their bikes.

Congrats. The 900s are really nice bikes. I kind of like the narrow front tire myself.

Awesome. I always thought it was the best looking Vtwin Kawasaki currently makes.
