It was a bi-polar day today with unruly weather when trying to ride to work with a 20+ MPH wind in the face in the mid-fifty's but great going the other way. I wish I had a wind shield.

Off and on rain all weekend down here. Still in the mid to high 90s by noon time. Was only 72 this AM when we left to go on our Sunday breakfast ride. Planned to go to Brownsville but got caught in a torrential downpour! Turned around and ran out of the rain, dried off in the wind then went our favorite local eatery instead. The sparkly clean bikes are now covered in rainy day road grime. Guess hubby will be busy cleaning them up while I'm at work tomorrow!

Yesterday it started out in the low forties, by 10 AM it was mid fifties, on its way to 70. So I rode to DePere to my girlfriends to go to Harpt's Lake in Eastern Wisconsin. They had a car show and bands. So we saw some cool cars, saw Bobby Evens and the Alimony Blues Band. A big black cloud bank was heading in from the south west, so everybody on bikes started taking off. (That would be about 75 percent of them) with the temp dropping, we made it back to DePere.

Before we took off, Dawn had to put on her chaps. I like following her...

Where was I, Oh yeah, I ran into some rain on the way back home. Not enough to put on a rain suit, but enough to get wet.
