Tank Bib "FREE"

I made this tank bib and I don't need it anymore. I made a new one that I like better. Here is the way I will do this. Between now and the same time tomorrow, I will collect names and put them in a hat and draw out the winner. I will contact the winner by PM to get the address and send it out. Skip
