Dude! I am very glad your alive. Watch the percocet...it can be constipating.
But, dont let that keep you from using it...i am a big fan of drug use when indicated.

Glad you are ok, this is a wake up call for all of us to keep on our toes and wear all our gear, even if you are only riding a few miles from home.

Oh man! I'm thankful you were spared! I've always been pretty passive, until I started riding several years ago. I believe I'd be talking to a personal injury attorney, at least to get an idea of what can be done. That's too close!

Glad to hear that minus being banged up, you're ok otherwise - it could have been much worse - like someone else said, the bike can be replaced, you can't. I'm sure your family is thankful as well.

Glad to hear you're OK.

I was a witness to a similar accident about 15 years ago. Guy cut off a bike at an intersection, biker hits the rear quarter of the car flips right over the car and lands flat on his back in the middle of the intersection. Guy in the car takes off. I didn't get the plate but knew the color make and model of the car. I was in the middle of giving my statement when the guy in the car shows up at the accident. Turns out he panicked and split then got an attack of conscience and decided to return. I never found out what happened and never got contacted by either the cops or the riders attorney so I'm guessing it got resolved one way or the other.

I'm going to echo what Mellow said ATGATT. And remember, they're all idiots and they're all out to get us.
