Aux Gauges?

I was thinking of putting on a new Voltmeter, and saw a package for a voltmeter, a H2O temp gauge, and an oil pressure gauge.

Questions:

1) has anyone here ever put on either a H2O temp gauge or an oil pressure gauge?

2) is there any benefit to doing so?

3) I also saw an O2 sensor gauge to see if the engine was running rich or lean. Has anyone ever drilled out the exhaust and plugged in an O2 sensor on the bike? (I know they're mostly for fuel injection, but it might be nice to see where the bike sat on the rich/lean scale at different RPMs and temps - here in FL the air can be like a wet blanket some times and I've been curious to see what effect that would have. I figure I could go with one O2 sensor in the goat's belly. . .

4) I can't stop tinkering with the bike. Is there a 12 step program for this?

If so, I need to join... the wife says I spend way to much time in the "Man Cave" and on the forums. but what can I say, this place rocks, I love bikes, and if I wasn't in the garage tinkering with the bike, I would be out riding all the time.

as for the other gauges, sure you can add them... the benefit of the oil pressure gauge is you could then see exactly what the oil pressure was instead of relying on an idiot light to shine in your face when the problem is already upon you. we already have a temp gauge on our bike, so the only reason I could see for adding one is the improved accuracy. the EG (O2 Sensor) Gauge would come in handy for tuning the carbs, but not worth the time, effort and cost of installation.

If this were me, I would go with Oil Pressure, Temp, Volt and Amp gauges, I might even go with a fuel gauge as well... ohh and while your at it, maybe a matching speedo and tac.
