Guys I sold out.

I Traded my 96 vulcan 750 For a 85 V65 magna I have been wanting one of these Bikes for a long time.just could not find the right one.it only has 16000 miles on it. I loved my Vulcan and it was hard to let go of. but I really wanted this bike. I hope to find another 750 Vulcan in the near future you guys really helped me out on things here and learned alot. Again thanks and will be back to the Vulcan Madness.

Not sure if you guys are aware of this or not--early Magna engines had a serious problem with sufficient oil feed to the cam bearings. I'm not sure exactly which year Honda solved this problem, either. For a while, a kit was available to solve this problem; not sure where (or if) this kit (or one like it) is still available.

You might practice due diligence, and investigate all this (on, and off the internet) b4 buying any V65 (or V45) Magna.

Also: I'd be curious to know what the general spare parts availability is for V-65 Magnas. I would think by now some parts are simply not available at all--unless you luck up on the right bike in the right junkyard.

In any case--let the buyer beware!!!

I see you did do your home work on this one,I was going to tell you about the second gear issue,But it ain't like we are riding trouble free scooters in the VN either .I like em but all bikes have their weak points and I do Like the magna and sabres that Vfour power is awesome and looks like you got a clean one Sharp and Fast,Does it get any better? If we wanted to go slow we would ride bicycles.huh? You don't have to be a stranger, stop back in and talk with us.

If you see it on my bike I did it
