I keep draging the spring off of the kickstand. had to weld a nut on the spring hanger to keep this from happening. I also drag exhaust on right turns. I like to get low in the corners, but you have to be very aware of exactly when you will drag the sides or you could end up in a bad way.

Mods so far:
6" wide flat fender
Hardtail struts
Side mount license plate w/ Model A Ford tail light
KZ650 Headlight
Sprung solo seat
Relocated speedo
Relocated electronics
T/S removed
Tach removed
Dash removed
Suicide shift
Jardine exhaust
Relocated highbeam and oil indicators
Relocated ignition, horn, and highbeam switches

Coming Soon:
Chain sissybar
Chain shifter

Scrapin's no fun for me... I've done it 2 or 3 times, mostly at low speeds but once while intentionally making a turn at a higher speed while leaning hard. The sudden friction of scraping, plus the lean angle, felt like I was about to be thrown from the bike. I stood her up and did a straightaway full stop like they taught in the MSF, and ran up on the curb a bit before stopping. Didn't fall but felt like I'd barely escaped a nasty one!
