I know why this forum rocks

Received the package that Old Dog sent me today. Lots of good stuff, the 2006 owner's manual that I was looking for. Then, Kawasaki service manual, the on board tools (like he knew that I did not have the tools from my previous owner), 3 nice oil filters with a oil filter cap, and engine mount bolts.

All this really filled up the things that I missed. Also will help keep the bike last for a long time.

He sent me all these, and asked me to just pay it forward, not worry about paying him. Boy, I am lucky to know a guy like this. As far as I know, he seems to not having the VN750 in his garage currently. And he still helping out here.

Now I know it is the person like Old Dog make this forums so special. I've got all kind of help and suggestions from here since I had my bike 4 weeks ago. Can thank all of you enough. THANK YOU.

A lot of the great members here are happy with the "Pay-It-Forward" approach on things.
Ya never know when someone else might have what you might need or vice versa.
In the end, it works out nice for all those who continue to keep the trend going and makes for a great group of forum members.

Good Job Old Dog and happy to hear ya got what ya need Chien!!

No big deal James, I don't have a VN750 anymore and at my age probably won't since I have an 09 mod. bike now, Oh, I loved my VN750 and if they still made them would have one now...
What I sent you was absolutely usless to me, and I guess I came up in a time that you didn't waste stuff because I hate to see things go to waste, I am just glad someone could make good use of it...

Yep - a lot of people here are on the pay it forward plan. I've done it for folks on here before, and I'm sure they've done it as well. YOu don't see a lot of the "Dreck" here than on a LOT of other forums.
