Videoing Eye Glasses...???

Anyone seen the videoing glasses...???
I went to the machine shop the other day and a guy put on some glasses and left as I came in...
We were sitting at the lunch table and one of the guys ask if I saw the glasses that fellow put on as he left, I said I did, and they begain to tell me about them being videoing glasses... They said he just walked around looking here and there and then hooked them up to their computer and gave them the tour...
They said they would record approx. 2 Hrs. or you could add a memory card and go from there... He told them that the MSRP was $169, but he could sell them much, much cheaper if they had a tax number...
If I had gotten there a bit earlier I may have bought a pair...
Anyway wouldn't something like that be just great for videoing a ride...???
Have a good one, and MERRY CHRISTMAS...Old Dog...

Darn, if I'd known about those earlier I would have put them on Santa's list for myself.

<sigh> full face riders would never get those things on.
Since I use full face, I mounted a Creative Labs VADO vidcam to the inside of the helmet with Velcro. Nice.

Actually, I wonder if you could take the temples from the glasses and mount them to either side of a helmet. The camera and the controls are only a small part of the glasses.

I do have a link to the footage I took. Dull, but a successful experiment.

msh1156, No need to remove shield from helmet. Just need a pocket in your riding jacket for this one
