its alive!

well, i got the ol girl running today, after a good tank clean and oil change...new battery. she fires right up with the choke on, but i have a question....being water cooled, how long is normal for warm up? i only ran it a little to check for leaks etc.....wont idle without the choke on. im guessing it wasnt warm enough.
purrs like a kitten. no leaks and not a tick or clatter. yay! im stoked to go for that first ride....but still more to do.
it has been sitting for 6 years......

keep a good dose of seafoam in the tank

i can usually kill the choke after 6 min or so ... i forget to unchoke a lot though ...
ride and rev it tough since its been sittin so long just keep an eye out for excess vibration ...

dont forget those ole splines
and throw a voltmeter on there and make sure shes chargin nothing worse then 40miles of freedom followed by a lil to a lot of pushin ....

congrats on the reserection whats her name ???
