How much did you pay?

just curious to see what the average price for a stator replacement would be. Also, how long did the shop have your bike?

did my own, 16 hours and less than 250. shop wanted 700 and a week! if you are thinking about it do it your self! not as bad as it looks!

I think most here have done it themselves.
I am not one of those. I had all I needed to do it.... except time and a clean work enviroment (my dads garage and he's always doing woodwork there).
Ended up costing $308 for labor at the local shop, and about $200 for all parts, including oil & coolant.
The shop had my bike for less than a week.
