Help Identifying Some Odds & Ends

So I am getting down to a few last things after getting my motor rebuilt. I am where I am thanks to each of you and lots of prayer. But I need some more help. I have some pictures of some things that I need help identifying. Any help will be appreciated.

#2 looks like a cable was involved. Are your carbs back together? Hard to see in pic (blurry) but it could be a stay or guide for a control cable perhaps.

Thanks. The shop the rebuilt my motor for me handed that back to me and said, "I am sure you will figure out where it goes as you get it back together." I figured since I had you all I would really be able to find out where it went so I just said, "Whatever." So thank you for your help.
