This is Rediculous

My speedo cable broke. okay so no biggie, i go online to find one. the prices vary from 10.38 to 19.99

but with shipping, all of them surpass $20.
the 10.38 has a shipping cost of 10.83?? wtf is wrong with you cheapcycleparts.
everywhere else still ends up being over $20.

Did you check any reputable dealers where you don't need to pay shipping? There are some out there.

Did you try just going to a Kawasaki dealer in person and buying one?

If they do not have one, they can order it and they won't charge you shipping.

Most parts places charge a minimum shipping rate it's not just Cheap cycle. If you are buying one part sometimes it's cheaper to to the dealer.

This is true... I do that a lot, I even pay a bit more because if something is wrong it is easier to return, but NO, I don't let'm rip me off either...
