Finly got it running right.
The below was my first post and I'm glad to say it is running like a well oil machine now. Not totally sure what was wrong but my thinking it was the R/R (was charging 12 up to 18 volts) that was giving me all the problems. With all the posts I looked at, I did all the mods as long as I was going though everything. Relay for the coils, marbled, added relay and volt meter, new R/R and other things that people would think I'm crazy for doing. Bottom line is it is running and you guys are the ones that helped me getter done were a few shop couldn't. So a big Thanks to ya all.
(This spring I had new plugs and the carburetors rebuilt. That took care of the flooding at start up but now when I go to work I might get any ware form a ľ to 16 miles down the road and it start losing power (like it’s flooding) and I have to pull over and stop. I set there for just a minute or two with it idling and then I take off and it might act up again or not. The next time it will run like I think it should (very strong). The caps are off the air fuel and they are both set at two turns. Right now I do not like this bike all that much. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for me on this?)
