Talking CD and Bears website link- Many photos and write-up of mc maintenance and more

http://www.cdthayer.com/cruiser.htm

This link is a great resource for those learning to do their own wrenching on their motorcycle. There are literally hundreds of pictures of mc maintenance, tire removal, repair, balancing, remounting and more. He has a great service order worksheet to keep track of what maintenance needs to be done, and filed for future reference. http://www.cdthayer.com/SERVICE_ORDER.pdf

I`ve spent at least a couple of afternoons cruising thru all the pics and explanations, and I`m still finding new nuggets of info today. If you are looking for a doo-rag, check with Bear. She has dozens of different ones available online, or can make a custom one from your favorite bandana.

This site is easy to find, when you have forgotten this post. Just click on "Links" at the top of any page. CD and Bear are the second member website listed.

Here is their check-off list for a campimg trip. Very comprehensive, may help you figure out what you need to carry yourself.http://www.cdthayer.com/cruiserlist.htm

This is just a taste of what is available on this site. Invest an hour or two cruising thru there the next time the weather is too wet, too hot or too whatever to be fun for riding.

And, their list of Chopped & Bobbed Vulcans, HERE, is a great source for ideas to those thinking of doing the same.
