Question Trip Check List...???

When I used to go to shoots I left some important items at home a time or two, so I made up a check list which I went over as and after I got the Van loaded...
Does anyone have a check list for a cycle trip, I suppose it should be for a short or long stay or whatever... I have sort of made one for the 1st time and wondering what would need to be added for a 3-5 day trip...
Here is what my incomplete...lol... list contains... I do have Med.-Lg. saddle bags, Tail bag & Tank bag...
What do you think, do I need to add more...???
[edit]-Or does anyone else have a check list they would post????-[end edit]

I keep my little compressor in the bag. I also have a tiny fold up umbrella that I'll pull out if I'm riding and we get a downpour when there's not enough time to get the bike cover out and put it on. The umbrella keeps me pretty dry and can be deployed pretty quickly, even while I'm getting rain gear on... Of course I pull over before I do all this!

I just had this awesome visual of you cruising down a rainy TX Hwy holding an open umbrella!

I think there is a link to "CD and Bears" website where he lists a very comprehensive checklist for he and his wife and their 2 bikes for a camping trip. I will see if I can find it.

EDIT: OK, here is the link to CD and Bears website and packing list: http://www.cdthayer.com/cruiserlist.htm

In the meantime here are a few items that I thought of:

Tool kit
Tire plug repair kit. (While touring in Utah last spring, my friend had to plug a hole with a screw scrounged from someone, and rode over a 100 miles before he found a place to repair the tire properly. He now carries a half dozen various sized screws for any similar reoccurance. Not ideal, but it got him back to town.)
One or more methods for inflating a tire.
First aid kit
Swiss army knife and/or lockback knife with serrated blade
3 or 4 flashlights with extra batteries. One would be an AA or AAA single cell mini mag on a cord or strap around my neck.
Extra keys for "everything"
Extra pair of eye glasses.
eyeglasses repair kit, - screws, nose piece, screwdriver, etc.
Sunglasses
Strap or cord to secure eyeglasses/sunglasses in place while riding, or hang from neck while resting.
Don`t carry all your cash and credit cards in one place. If your wallet is stolen or lost, you still have other resources hidden away elsewhere.
Spare headlight bulb and all other bulbs.
Spare fuses
extra bungee cords and/or light rope or parachute cord.
1 qt. bottle of engine oil in HD ziploc bag
Soft cotton cloths for cleaning windshield and/or face shield.
Small spray bottle of water or favorite shield cleaner in ziploc bag.

OPTIONAL, and not recommeneded for everyone. Tow rope - 20' braided. Practice at home first. This tip may not be for you. If you are not comfotable with this idea, do not try it. A relative of mine related using this tip to tow his Panhead Harley 20 miles home, after hitting a big dog back in the `70s. DO NOT TIE THE ROPE TO THE BIKE BEING TOWED!! WRAP THE ROPE ONE TURN AROUND YOUR RIGHT FORK, THEN BRING THE ROPE END UP TO THE RIGHT SIDE HAND GRIP, AND HOLD THE ROPE AND GRIP TOGETHER. If for any reason you feel your self losing control, release the rope and it will just pull away and you can coast to a stop.
