When I had the jardines and ear shave at the same time I had a problem running out of fuel. Meaning that the fuel mix was not right cause I did not rejet. I went back to the stock mufflers and the goat now the bike runs fine.
I don't know what your problem is.

What's your A/F mix screw settings? Believe it or not, that can affect top end; so can a partially clogged idle circuit or pilot jet, or an improperly routed vent hose. I'm running 40 pilots, 140 mains, stock needles w/no shims, 3.75 turns out on the front a/f screw, 3.5 rear, and my vent hose is up under the top of the frame above the front cylinder, a few inches behind the steering head. Degoated, stock pipes, undrilled; she wraps right out to redline.

Every bike's different, tho; you may need to go to 142 on the rear, and/or one or two shims under the needle head(s). Beyond that, I can't tell enuff from the pics to judge; too fuzzy for my old eyes.

Turn screws to 3-3 1/2 turns and see if there is any change.

Check throttle cables and make sure the butterfly will open all the way.

Yeah, forgot about that; and check they're opening the same amount at the same time (carbs synced). One other thing, make sure the choke is all the way off and both plungers all the way down; if one side or both is/are partially engaged, it can cause that (don't ask...)
