LMAO - What a waste, although funny! However, I'm willing to bet all fluids could be drained out, and replaced. Also, electronic stuff, if not sealed, could be bought on Ebay for cheap, and that thing would run again, after pulling all harness connectors apart and blowing out with air, filling with die-electric grease, etc. A lot of work, but I do think someone with nothing would get a great deal and think it's worth it! I've sunk more ATV's in my day than I could count. Never had one that didn't run within hours of submerging it to the bottom. LOL
