I'm on my third. First 2 were bought new. All stock other than minor modifications. Some accessories, TOC can chain tensioners, removed ALL emissions crap, converted throttle to single cable, Honda Rebel 250 mirrors, and on the second one, removed one front brake due to extreme grabbyness (just touch the lever and it would almost lock the wheel. The modification fixed the braking problem, still had plenty of breaks. On my third one, a used 1997, I will wait until I see how the brakes work before making any modifications. I left the intake and exhaust systems completely stock. I did put Jardine Rumblers on my second new one, and they sounded great around town, but out on the highway the drone was very irritating. I went back to stock. Yes, Vulcan 750s are very addictive despite all their issues.

I am a motorcyclist, NOT a biker.

Party over here.....

Got some light surface rust. No issue. This is actually gunked up on top of the surface. Not into the steel. Should knock off in seconds.

Petcock was destroyed. Rebuilt the entire thing. New brass inserts, ordered new filters.
