Mechanic recommendation / Season End Maintenince

I would appreciate recommendations for what all I should do / have done for the end of the season here for my bike. I have been riding it 50/50 on roads and forest (gravel/dirt) roads in the Delaware water gap area. I was thinking cleaning her up and changing the oil / oil filter and air filter. Does one need to 'winterize' the bike ? (I plan to store it indoors).

Also is there a good mechanic / dealer that folks can recommend in the Stroudsburg PA / Poconos PA/ Blairstown NJ area to get the servicing done?

I always get the correct amount of seafoam in the tank, then run it long enough to get the treated fuel into the carbs.

Standard winterizing is to drain the carbs, but dry carbs often get stuck floats. I've had no problems storing with seafoam.

Not a bad idea to put it on the centerstand to get the weight off the back tire if it's going to sit for a while.

I plan on changing the oil and coolant before shutting it down for the season. I too will go heavy with the sea foam. Big lesson I learned from storing it last year is to shut the petcock. I forgot and gas slowly filled into the engine so I had to get it drained as soon as the season started. I also greased the gears in the back. I haven’t mastered the technique of getting the bike on its center stand yet though lol. I’m determined.
