Back in the saddle again...

Hey all!

Been busy with work (Conficker was almost as big a hype as waeY2k, no?) but things have settled down. While remodeling a bathroom this weekend, I decided the weather was tooo nice to miss so I put the bike back together stock.

I have a pile of parts (ape hangers, wingerline highway bars, saddle bags) that I am dying to put on but they must sit so I can ride! As for the paint job, we'll cross that bridge when I can actually get the thing in my guy's paint bay!

But I just got in the wind long enough to take it around the block. Had to stop though because my tags expired with my birthday last week so I'm waiting on the new registration in the mail~!

ARGH.. the fever has bitten me! Hope you all are getting some time on your bikes. I guess the threat of snow will pass soon and we'll be on the way to summer here soon in the midwest.

Well I'm back to my bathroom. I think the baseboard has dried enough to lay.

I was doing good myself getting more seat time, but now tonight and tomorrow we're supposed to get a few inches of snow again, so that's that I guess.

Glad to hear you got back out, if even for a short ride. Sometimes just a taste is cool, other times it makes the hunger worse!

(I bet your wife is happy to have you back in the bathroom now huh? LOL)
