Belated reply

Thanks, ordered not one but 2 lower hoses. Leading mount on the sidecar loosened enough to punch hose. I fixed the hose
the same day. (and the mount!)

Autozone has 1.5 inch emergency splice kits. Had to cut splice down to .75 inch on each side to fit the bend.
Looks fugly but has held up for a week's riding. Could work if you're on the road and can't get a new hose.

Thanks!

It's DONE!!!

All electrical mods, mccts adjusted, splines lubed and fresh oil, floorboards installed, RR relocated. Amp meter shows 13.7 charging but reads 14.4 at battery charge port. (cheap analog meter).

Now it's riding and routine maintenance!

I'm happy.

Did the ignition coil direct wire to the battery today. Bike starts better, idles runs better and seems to have more power. Should have done it sooner, seems there was a wiring problem there. Used the write up here so can go back if needed. But I don't think I will.

Even had to back the idle down.

Still Happy! And the voices are quiet.....

I was wrong!!

Since I was "done" I've had to add handicap mods. Extended shift toe bar, extended/widened brake pad and a heel shifter.

Never ends, do it!!! :~)
