Does anyone Know what this is called?

Hi all,

Does anyone know what this Chrome piece ( that is circled in white, with the white arrows pointing to it) is called? I want to look it up but don't know the name of it. It seems to be an aftermarket part... of course I'm not certain of that.. just a wild guess. I have attached a pic.

I've seen them mounted there on some Harleys.

Looks like a Copart auction pic.

Maybe it is a Harley. Image search for "Harley horn placement"
