New Kaw. 1700s are on the Floor---

I was over to the Kaw. shop yesterday and saw the new 1700 6 speeds...
I can't remember the Mod.#s but the one without windshield & bags was 12K+ and the one that has windshield & bags (wasn't on the floor yet) was going to be 13K+...
Good looking bike if you care for the bigger classic types (personally I don't), kinda simuliar to the 2000 but looked better in my opinion, had a bit of black mixed into the chrome on the sides that I thought set it off...
Anyway I wanted to post something to see what is going on with the forum, has everyone except me got their ignoramus stimulus checks and gone out to spend them...lol...???
Is no one posting or is something wrong......

Low 80s and wind here today, and I was out finding new back roads to explore...

Haven't been to the Kawi shop to look at the new ones. Sounds like I ought to...

Still saw some snow in the ditches today, but all schools in Tenn. were open today except one county, and they were out due to the flew, not the snow...

That is the new Nomad and the new Voyager.
We have a test ride days set up when it gets a little warmer.
Our Local dealer is going to be working with Windy City VROC and letting us take them out.

Yep, and if you go to the Voyager Owners forums they are pretty pissed off about it. All the previous "Voyagers" were not big V twin cruisers, but straight up touring bikes:

A welcome alternative to the Goldwing.

The new "Voyager" is just a big ass Vtwin with bags. (Not that there is anything wrong with that) But most feel they should never have called it a "Voyager" and that they should have come out with a new and improved model Voyager (but kept to the original desgin) instead.

Chad you are giving me Kawi Dealer envy, they let you test drive???? We're lucky if we can sit on one in the showroom. They expect you to lay down thousands and not even hear what it sounds like. Where do you live, I may take a road trip.

I neither heard nor saw any mention of a Voyager, the one I saw was a Classic (no windshield or bags) and list was 12.3K, the other was a Classic LT (W/windshield & S/bags) list 13.8K, supposedly there is a Nomad (WS, hard bags & all) listing at 14.4K...
Don't know about a Voyager, but my description would be a 6 speed V twin bike between the 1600 & the 2000...
BTW-There seemed to be a few good deals with some 08s (I think) having $1,400 off and even 09s but having less $ off...

Yep, but still I only saw the one, the Classic @ $12.4K and was told that the one in the crate was w/bags & WS and $13.8K and was also told that there was a Nomad at around $14.4K...
No one said there was or was not a Voyager... It was not mentioned...If I said there was not a Voyager I didn't mean to, because I knoweth not...
