Just a thought, I frequently click on other users avatars when I see a cool looking bike and I want to see a bigger pic of it. Is there anyway to have a link from that users profile to their photo gallery. This would be easier than going to the gallery then searching for their profile name, etc.

Thats easy... just toss in a link on your profile page or in your sig.

But the idea of just default linking to the users gallery from the profile is golden...:beerchug:

Yes, great idea. When I first got onto these web pages I can't count how many times I tried to get to the gallery that way for an individual. Was always going to suggest that be added, but never got around to it.

I don't know how many times I've gone to search out someones pics & can't find them. (picky search) After a while of scrolling come across what your looking for. I like the sig Idea too. But we'd have to add text to the sig. I'm almost maxed now. To maqny mods !) I wouldn't mind being able to add a couple links to our sig.

I spent a few weeks over on the Delphi forums, Honda Aero 750 forum before I found this one. They are a good bunch of folks too. One thing I really noticed was the large pictures almost every one of the members sig displayed. They were all close to the size that slimvr has on his posts. I`m not tech savvy enough to know if there is a tech or $$ reason why we cannot do the same thing. Those Aeros may not have the jam our VN`s have, but you can sure see the bike details in their sig pics. It must be easy to change and/or put them in rotation too, as I have seen at least one Aero member change the pic with every post he made one day, to show off his new ride.

If this would slow our forum speed down, I would say forget it, but if it is feasible, let`s find a way to better show off the bikes we all enjoy so much. Maybe now that the forum posting has slowed down, I will try to educate myself to all the features we presently have at our disposal here.
