Hi. I ordered the chrome cover that goes on the coolant overflow bottle. Then I realized that I'd still have the black plastic cap.

Does anyone sell a chrome cap?

That's one item I haven't seen, or heard of anyone replacing.

Okay, thanks. I'm going to wait and see how it looks. It will probably look fine. Or, I may the outside of the cap with silver-metallic paint.

Ive heard of someone going to a truck stop and finding chrome lug nut covers that were a perfect fit for the cap

Exactley, I got a chrome lug cover from a truck stop, It is plastic chrome just liek the cover.
I did a little triming on the coolent cover to help it fit an dglued the lug cap on the stock cap. Looked great. Wish I could find a photo.

Yep, the lugnut cover from a truckstop works real nice, little rtv and it stays put, many different styles online if your local truck stop is a small one.
