hi simon,i fitted a new acct to front which worked a treat..only thing is after front was quiet you can here back one..not as bad so ill try the tricks of here to fix or put a manual one in..not paying another fifty quid out lol

My ancestors originally came from Wales(well 1/4 of the blood that is...another 1/4 is English), does that count? :)

I would really love to cross the pond and tour the whole UK on my VN someday. I tried to even talk the family once into trying to move there for a number of years as a family experience thing. Couldn't get them to do it.

hi im in chelmsford essex I have a1986 vn 750. It took me 18 months to put it back on the road it now looks nothing like the original sadly it decided to blow up on its first outing . So im quite fed up so if anybody in the UK knows of working engine or one that needs some minor repair please can you let me know im sure a deal can be struck. I dont yet know what went wrong as engine is still in bike but there is hole next to the left hand casing

am from lockerbie scotland, i bought recently for my sins a vn750 which didnt start go etc had a water problem hence jioning this merry crew of enthusiasts ,have had 1 before was delighted with it rode all over scotland with it fancied another and this one came up only done 6400 miles from new its a 1995 nearly all original last silly owner had been modifying it in places am in process of putting back to original, my other bike is a triumph bonneville america looking forward to a decent few days then can go try it out properly bought it last year in september rode it to MOT passed no probs taxed it intending to get more miles done but alas didnt happen so have only done 50 odd miles on it the shame of it . cheers charliefarlie

Mines a '93 A9 VN750. Doubt its as mint as yours but in a few weeks it will be fully kitted out for extended touring as I'm planning a 3000 mile round trip from the UK to Croatia.

HI im larry and im in the south west uk im at present choppin and completly matt blacking my vulcan survival style because i havnt seen one done this way and the bike only cost me £100 anyway its all planed out and its goin to be awesome will post pics when its done

we will have two meet up when my bikes done im 40 miles away in weymouth maybe at one of the many bike nights were lucky enouth to have in our area !!!

Cheeky sod. No already streetfightered and I have modded it some more. Can't ride a sportsbike coz of my dodgy knees, moved footrests to same position as a Bandit 12,but now I need to try feet forward, hence the VN:smiley_th
