Shell Rotella T 15W40. 8) It has a cult like following because it's the best "bang for the buck". Use it and see if your trans doesn't shift smoother. Available at Wal-Mart for about $1.79/qt.

Rotella-T 15w-40 and Bosch3323 filters have worked great for me for the last 12k miles. I also run Gunk Engine cleaner every third oil change or so. My tranny is as smooth as a baby's butt.....

Mine is Valvoline Synthetic for Motorcycles 10w40. Also use Seafoam. Both are great products.
