If you can hold off a little.. that should be taken care of with the new software.
As it stands right now, I'm now sure what all we will be able to carry over from here. If it's a matter of a few days for transition and you can wait, then it will only have to be done once.

As far as Avatars.. Spence has been added some of those to the files. He is also working on the Members photo page.
