Loran in Npvl IL 08-02-2007, 09:30 AM There are two different places to adjust the clutch cable. If the clutch is not slipping, adjust it at the top to give it the max play and then ajust it by the shifter so there is still some play at the top. after you tighten the double nut by the shifter, fine tune the play on top. A new cable might not make much difference unless it is frayed at one/both of the ends. | |
