Well I finally broke down and had to buy a little MityVac system, and let me tell you they work great! I filled both sides with fresh DOT4 and the brake still seems a bit "spongy", I've tried pumping for awhile and still not "hard" brakes are coming. I've also noticed that the front pads are running on the right on the disc's and don't seem to be popping back out, making the tire still able to spin, just not a freely. Any suggestions around? Anything will help me out here. :motorcycl

P.S.- I did the old overnight, bungee on the lever trick tonite and see if that works. Will keep you posted. Thanks again!

You probably know this, but disc brakes generally don't visually pop out when you release pressure. They usually ride against the rotors and make a shishhhing noise when the wheel turns, but allow it to turn pretty freely. If they are grabbing with no pressure, then something is wrong.
