I'm local to DC, but will be out of town this weekend. If those plans change there's a good chance i'll be around (either spectating or riding) and will repost more info.

Rolling Thunder wasn't as scary as the stories I've heard made it out to be. It was organized chaos, but not bad. Incredible number of bikes. I saw one VN750 on the side spectating! Someone here? Some of us got split off from the main group I ride with. We ended up in traffic on 395 and I was watching my volt meter with much trepidation. Angel provided me with a reason to have faith in her. We made it home and even pushed the envelope as far as gas is concerned.

I was impressed with the show of people both riders and spectators/sopporters. I hope the numbers continue to increase and we make it harder for those left behind to be forgotten.
