Well, I blew it. Paypal would not handle my complaint because I waited more than 45 days to file a dispute over merchandise not received. It was my own fault since I relied on their email promises that the order would arrive the following week. Now I realize they were only putting me off until the 45 days were up. The company sucks and will never get any of my business and I plan to warn all my friends of their scam tactics.

Sorry to hear. I had good luck with them. Now they may have tried to expand too quickly. Seem to be having problems filling orders.

I bought stuff from C&L a number of times, and several times even traded wrong items for correct ones (my fault) without hassle. Not saying your complaint is not valid, but a bit more background to what happened might help?

I'm hearing from people all over the Chicagoland area what douchbags these guys are. They have a shop and advertise on Craigslist and other local venues. They are really getting a reputation for being total tools and not in a good way :)

Their shop is about 30 miles from my place and I would not deal with them even if they had Brooke Burke behind the counter nekid making sales... They suck that bad!!!

Never received my order or got any responses to emails. I think they "suck" big time and I will use every oportunity to let others know and hopefully discourage folks from doing any business with them.

I was lucky I did get my Paypal request in time to get my money back.
They never responded to Paypal's request for a explination eather.
