Well I have decided to attemp to paint my new (well new to me) Chevy Van. It's a 1986 two tone Beauville and will make a great motorcycle transport Van. I hope to take it to Kentucky Lake next year with my 750 INSIDE!

My question to all of you good folks is: Anyone have experience painting cars? I have done a lot of reading and most of the advise I get is start with a good compressor. I have a 2hp 12 gallon Craftsman that I assume is going to b too small. I also want to get a good gun, like a Sata or a DeVilbiss, anyone have any experience with a HVLP spray gun?

Any advise would be helpful
