I am getting a stumble during cruising, especially during a gust of wind in the right (wrong?) direction. I suspect the carb vent hose. Without right ear, not sure where to put the hose.

Anyone been down this road already?

I bought a small air(?) filter and ran a hose to where the right ear used to be and mounted it there.
I haven't actually ridden the bike yet, still needs re-jetting etc.., so I can't really comment on if it would affect the running, but I can't see that it would be a problem. :confused:
