It is listed as a parts bike. Currently no bids $100 minimum didn't say anything about a reserve.

If the problem is the same I had on my bike, it would take less than $40 in parts to fix and not require an engine pull. That is a big IF though. Mine had the same degree of motion as normal I just wasn't shifting, if he is getting greater than that it probably require and engine pull to fix.
