: Brake fluid leak

After replacing my front brakes I developed brake fluid leaks at the 3-way connector, and I can't get them stopped.
There are 5 stainless washers where the leaks are, and I suspect that this is the cause. But my local Kaw dealer doesn't have them in stock, so I'll have to wait a week or so to get them.
Question: Has anyone ever used a washer other than the stock ones? Or any other suggestions?

check at a honda shop or other motorcycle shop. they are aluminum crush washers and are common to all bikes that have hydraulic brakes/clutch (size/inner-diameter may be different on different bikes).

They are actually stainless steel washers/gaskets.
I checked the MC shops and a marina, but nobody had them.
I finally called the mechanic at the Kaw shop, and he had 6 of them, and he gave them to me. Should have gone to him first instead of the brain dead counter man.
Anyway, I seem to have brakes now after a lot of bleeding/cussing.
thank you for the reply.
